Ardhiyasa Suratman (“Dias”) is the Founder and Managing Partner of A&CO Law Office. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung, majoring in International Law.
He has been a licensed advocate with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2008 and a licensed Intellectual Property Consultant since 2015.
With years of practice in several prominent Indonesian intellectual property and corporate law firms, his main areas of practice include contractual matters, intellectual property investigations, market surveys, anti-counterfeit projects, and enforcement actions related to software licenses and trademarks in Indonesia.
In 2015, he received a scholarship from the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) and the Japan Patent Office (JPO) to attend the JPO/IPR Training Course for IP Dispute Resolution Lawyers in Tokyo, Japan.
He is also a licensed Bankruptcy Receiver and Administrator from the Indonesian Ministry of Justice and a member of the Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia – AKPI).

Dias has handled a wide range of Intellectual Property (IP) matters, both non-contentious and contentious, for more than 13 years.
He has substantial experience in software licensing enforcement in Indonesia and has handled numerous cases involving unauthorized use of licensed software, including:

He is frequently instructed by leading U.S.-based software developers to enforce licensing rights and address infringement issues in the Indonesian market.
