We are delighted to announce that we have advised Grazalema Ventures on the acquisition of Combined Services Limited (CSL). CSL is a well-established Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) specialist, offering solutions from the initial system design to ongoing maintenance.
Grazalema Ventures was founded by former Uber exec and tech entrepreneur Fouzan Ali with the goal of acquiring and operating UK-based SMEs in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
Combined Services is leading manufacturer and installer of Building Energy Management Systems (BMS) based in High Wycombe, with 32 years of experience delivering high-quality, reliable solutions. CSL’s control panels are installed in iconic locations like The Shard, Harrods, Royal Albert Hall and the Bank of England.
As a key player in the rapidly growing BMS industry, CSL helps major retailers like Tesco and Sainsbury reduce their carbon footprints and have helped global corporations like Schneider Electric, Equinix and Facebook to implement advanced BMS solutions in data centres worldwide.
Gerald Edelman provided financial and tax due diligence services and acted as general buy-side adviser throughout the course of the transaction.
