Piergiorgio Zettera, Partner at Studio Internazionale, has assisted Solaria Energia Generacion Renovable S.L., belonging to the Spanish Group Solaria Energia y Medio Ambiente S.A. and listed in the Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia Stock Exchanges, in the acquisition of the remaining stake (50%) of Serre UTA, an Italian 5.8 MWp photovoltaic plant located in the Municipality of Uta (Cagliari-Sardinia).

Solaria Energia Generacion Renovable S.L. has been supported in the M&A matters by a legal team lead by Piergiorgio Zettera.

Both Studio Internazionale’s legal and tax teams have assisted Solaria Energia Generacion Renovable S.L. in the due diligence process, negotiations and finalization of the relevant agreements for the completion of the acquisition.
