Mark Reeves is the Managing Partner of Munros Solicitors, a niche litigation practice established in Hong Kong since 1980. The firm deals with all aspects of litigation, with particularly strong liability insurance and commercial practices.
Mark has practised as a litigator since 1987. He concentrates in particular on liability insurance cases acting for a large number of insurers. He has a great depth of experience, in particular, in personal injury litigation handling cases of all ranges from minor injuries to the catastrophic. He is Chairman of the Law Society Personal Injuries Committee and has been involved in drafting of the personal injury practice direction and liaison with the judiciary on personal injury matters.
In addition to personal injury matters, Mark regularly handles on contractors’ all risk, D&O and other liability insurance claims and advises insurers on policy coverage issues and wording.
The firm consists of 24 litigation lawyers (including, 7 partners, 4 senior consultants with partner level experience, 8 associate solicitors and 5 trainee solicitors) acts for 20 different insurers dealing with all their contentious litigation needs.
