George has many years’ experience in assisting clients to contest Wills where they have been left inadequate provision and to defend estates where a beneficiary is contesting the Will. He and his team have also assisted clients with appropriate Will and estate planning advice to try to minimise any issues which may arise from estates and Wills. George can assist you with all aspects of deceased estates. He and his team have years of experience with property disputes in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and also with Land & Environment Court matters.
