Cork Gully Appoints Nirmal Heeralall & Mitesh Hassamal as Partners

Nirmal joins Cork Gully with more than 25 years’ experience advising on restructuring, insolvency and recovery matters in Mauritius. He has led numerous significant restructuring and insolvency assignments and advised many of the country’s leading financial institutions, including its largest commercial bank, on distressed exposures across sectors including manufacturing, shipping, retail, hospitality and real estate.

Mitesh brings more than 20 years’ experience advising financial institutions, investment managers and alternative asset managers on strategic transactions and capital raising. He has held senior roles at UBS, Credit Suisse and Truist Financial, before founding Redwood Finance.
